Herbert Beywinkler, STEERIN managing partner, was the leading consultant for the study project of 2 x 145 MWth WtE for Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) and Sludge. António Garcia Nunes, STEERIN managing partner, was the project manager on behalf of the client.

The consulting services for AdP Energias for this project included:

Ideia and conception of project;
Site investigations;
Variant studies;
Feasibility and sensitivity studies;
Risk analyses;
Environmental impact analyses;
Support to negotiation with potential partners and clients.

António Garcia Nunes, as Area Responsible in AdP Energias, also worked in photovoltaic projects, such as:

Project for production of electricity through the technology of High Concentration Solar Photovoltaic (4 Million €, 1 MWp Installed Capacity);
Minigeneration (250 kWe, 100 kWe and 20 kWe photovoltaic installations);
Project design, supply and installation of 204 photovoltaic 3,68 kWp Microgeneration units (3.5 Million €, 700 kWp overall capacity installed and distributed by 14 AdP Group Companies).

Conceptualize, design and development of the project (basic detailed engineering);
Procurement;
Establish partnerships;
Technical and Economic Feasibility Studies;
Tender Documents;
Evaluation and Negotiation of Proposals and Contracts for the Supply, Installation and Maintenance;

Planning and Cost Control, Budgeting and Rebudgeting.

2 x 150 kWe Organic Rankine Cycle Installations for electricity production based on flue gas heat recovery from 4 x 1 MWe biogas engines from Suldouro Landfill (Sermonde – Portugal).
